BedroomBox.co.uk hopes you love your purchase, so if you have any problems with your product or are unhappy in anyway we will try our best to make you happy.
Faulty or incorrect goods
BedroomBox.co.uk offers a 12 month replacement or refund policy on all faulty products.
Please notify us about faulty or incorrect goods ASAP so we can rectify the problem quickly for you.
Unwanted Goods
BedroomBox.co.uk will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days – no questions asked!
Unfortunately, due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the products have been used or any of the original packaging is missing or broken.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a refund. BedroomBox.co.uk work on a same day despatch system, so please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.
Lingerie and sexy clothing
If your lingerie or sexy clothing doesn’t fit or isn’t exactly what you are looking for then don’t worry. We are happy to refund or exchange items. Please remember to keep your knickers on though!
You will also need to make sure all labels are still attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items back if they have been removed unless they are faulty.
We are really sorry to say that this policy does not apply to Latex clothing due to hygiene. If items have been taken out of the sealed packaging, we will not be able to accept them back. If you are unsure of your size, we would recommend going for a larger size.
Returning DVDS
We are sorry but as stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs if the seal has been opened.
Refunds
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At BedroomBox.co.uk we aim to refund you within 7 days.
Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued until BedroomBox.co.uk receives the goods in question. Don’t forget to ask for your FREE proof of postage at your post office.
